Kawaii Corn Creations products are handmade or prepared in small batches. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, appearance, scent, texture, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.

Product descriptions, fragrance notes, photographs, and other information on this website are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Individual scent perception and preferences vary, and dissatisfaction with a fragrance or personal preference does not constitute a product defect.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, ingredients or safety information when provided, and all applicable use and care instructions before purchasing or using a product. Kawaii Corn Creations is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, failure to follow provided safety instructions, or use of a product for a purpose other than its intended use.

Nothing in these policies is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Kawaii Corn Creations does not provide refunds for change of mind, scent preference, ordering the incorrect product, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Refunds or other appropriate remedies may be provided when Kawaii Corn Creations determines that an issue resulted from an error on our part or a qualifying problem with the customer's order. This may include an incorrect item being sent, a missing item, or a product arriving damaged or unusable.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging. We may request additional photographs or information when necessary to evaluate the claim.

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund. Claims will be reviewed based on the information provided. When a claim is approved, Kawaii Corn Creations may offer a refund, replacement, or other appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Refunds, when issued, will generally be sent to the original method of payment. Processing times after issuance may vary depending on the payment provider.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to a customer under applicable law.

Return Policy

Kawaii Corn Creations does not accept returns.

Due to the nature of our handmade fragrance, home fragrance, bath/body, and personal-use products, items cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase. This includes candles, perfumes, roll-on perfumes, room and linen sprays, reed diffusers, wax melts, soaps, and other similar products.

We do not accept returns or exchanges because a customer does not like a fragrance, changes their mind, purchases the wrong item, or experiences a scent differently than expected.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is another problem attributable to Kawaii Corn Creations, please do not return the product unless we specifically ask you to do so. Instead, contact us with your order information and photographs so we can review the issue under our Refund Policy.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Nothing in this Return Policy excludes returns, refunds, replacements, or other remedies when required by applicable law.
